Sound Healing

Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety by channeling energy through the hands into the body, by gentle touch or near-contact. It assists the flow and balance of energy throughout the body, and is used to promote natural self-healing as well as to complement other forms of health treatment.
